Notice that the title attribute is the target URL when it is not manually set.
[Text of the link->URL] is useful to choose the text of the link :

[1] HTML links should have a meaningful title attribute. This is required if the stand alone text of the link is not meaningful enough. The title attribute is displayed as a tooltip in most graphical browsers.
