Each Glasnost object may have its own set of readers and editors.
The readers of an object are people or groups of people who are allowed to view it [1]. People who are not among the readers of an object get an "Access forbidden" message if they try to see it.
The editors of an object can modify or delete it. The others get an "Access forbidden" message if they try to modify or delete it.
"Everybody" means any anonymous or logged in user.
The people who are allowed to create new objects are set by administrators.
[1] Readers can't see all the attributes of an object. For instance, the default behaviour of articles is that readers only see their title, content, authors and modification date.
