Translations, URLs, and Browser Preferences

When the translation module is enabled, translated content becomes available in several languages.

The default language depends on the browser's preferences. These preferences can be overriden using URLs.

For instance, the content on http://glasnost.entrouvert.org may be in French, in English, or both. Depending on the URL [1], the content which exists in both languages can be displayed:

http://glasnost.entrouvert.org/
http://glasnost.entrouvert.org/fr/
http://glasnost.entrouvert.org/en/

[1] "fr" and "en" are ISO 639-1, two-character language codes.
