Creating a Virtual Host
Creating a Virtual Host
To create a new virtual host, go to /virtualhosts and click on "New".
- Language: The default language.
- Title: The name of the site. It may appear in the title of every page. This depends on the template used [1].
- Glasnost Dispatcher ID: glasnost://www.glas-nost.org for a site which will be available at http://www.glas-nost.org.
- Web Host Name: e.g. www.glas-nost.org.
- Template [2].
- Writers [3].
- Readers: Must be "Everybody" if the site is public.
The new host can then be added in the DNS configuration (or added to the /etc/hosts file).
